We always want the best for our customers. Not only when it comes to our e-bikes, but also when it comes to clear and simple information about everything you want or need to know. SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

Our aim is to deliver every bike in whole Europe door to door. That means that you can order a bike by our website and it will be delivered at your front door! Due we are a start-up, we don’t have full coverage in whole Europe yet, but we are working hard to achieve this. So if the door to door delivery isn’t possible yet in your country, we will arrange a tailor made solution for you. It is our job to make sure you will receive your bike and we will do everything to make you satisfied.

If you don’t want to use the door to door service, you can also choose to let your e-bike delivered at a pick up point. Together we’ll make sure that we deliver the e-bike at the possible pick up point you prefer.

As soon as we received your order, we’ll check every single detail about your specific order, and send you a confirmation mail. In the conformation mail you’ll find all needed information and we will update you periodically about the latest changes and status.

We offer free shipping to all GCC countries. For the delivery of your model, you can choose between two delivery methods:

Warranty and returns

LOGO guarantees each new LOGO e-bike bicycle frame against defects in workmanship and materials for 2 years. All original components are guaranteed from the date of purchase until 2 years as well.

Important:
The warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. The original invoice is needed to claim the warranty. The warranty doesn’t cover improper assembly, normal wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories, or follow up maintenance. Also the damage of an accident is not covered, just as misuse, abuse or neglect. LOGO is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
