SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
Our aim is to deliver every bike in whole Europe door to door. That means that you can order a bike by our website and it will be delivered at your front door! Due we are a start-up, we don’t have full coverage in whole Europe yet, but we are working hard to achieve this. So if the door to door delivery isn’t possible yet in your country, we will arrange a tailor made solution for you. It is our job to make sure you will receive your bike and we will do everything to make you satisfied.
If you don’t want to use the door to door service, you can also choose to let your e-bike delivered at a pick up point. Together we’ll make sure that we deliver the e-bike at the possible pick up point you prefer.
As soon as we received your (pre-)order, we’ll check every single detail about your specific order, and send you a confirmation mail. In the conformation mail you’ll find all needed information and we will update you periodically about the latest changes and status.
We offer free shipping to all European countries. For the delivery of your model, you can choose between two delivery methods:
LOGO and Go BikeService
LOGO and GO BikeService have teamed up to ensure you receive the ultimate customer experience. Go BikeService is the first bicycle service network which combines both mobile and stationary service points to deliver and service your bike. LOGO customers can utilize GO BikeService for the following services: Delivery, Service, Warranty, Bike Fitting, Returns. The partnership between LOGO and GO BikeService combines all advantages of online sales with a full offline service solution.
The door to door service and the delivery at the pick up point will be arranged by GO BikeService. Your LOGO bike will be pre-assembled by a certified mechanic including a full quality check. At handover, you will receive a basic bike fit and the mechanic will explain the features of the bike. If you are not happy with the product, we will return the product for you.
